Select a home that you and your family may be interested in and call 1300 U.R.home to arrange an inspection, inside and out of the home for you and your family
After the inspection,
at your request a formal agreement covering the property will
be forwarded to you for your perusal. Once you are comfortable
with all aspects of your "Option to Purchase" agreement, to
secure the property as yours, simply authorise the documents
and return them along with the required payment to U.R.Home.
(As all properties are offered on a first come-first serve
basis, the fully completed agreement and payment received
first for a particular property will be granted the property).
If your completed "Option
to Purchase" Agreement and payment is the first received, you
will be notified that the home has been secured as yours
and we will advise you when you can move in..
